The room turned out to be spotless and comfy with excellent beds and french windows plus the most heavenly pillows. The employees were amicable and very courteous. Location: the hotel was really close to the palace and gardens and town square with bars and restaurants as well as town square.

Great room with a handy wake-up service. the location was excellent, just a 10-15 minute stroll away from a historic brick wall 🚶.

Our king room was complete with french windows, air conditioning plus excellent beds. The location was best possible as a castle and a palace were very close to the hotel.

Convenient location to where I was going each day. The breakfast and free internet (business package) was also a plus.

I never had a hot shower in 5 days. I let the water fun for 10 minutes and still only luke warm. Upon checking out they said it sometimes takes 20 minutes to get hot--that doesn't seem like the German efficiency I have come to know. Also the sauna was closed-another bummer for this trip.

Staff was very helpful, excellent breakfast buffet, very convenient for a visit to the Hockenheim ring. Clean comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities.

When you arrive late, you cannot park in the hotel parking (full), so you have to find a place in the area surrounding the hotel. There was some noise from a concert in the schlossgarden.

This venue is centrally located near a major library and serves a fantastic continental breakfast.
